Landscaping Maintenance Programs

Annual Landscaping Maintenance Programs: Spring and Fall Debris Clean-up, Mulching, Monthly Bed-Weeding Service, Perennial and Ornamental Grass Care, Seasonal Color Planting, and Seasonal Shrub Trimming (Annual plans average $2,500.00 and go up from there depending on the scope of services for the season.)

One-time Landscape Bed Restoration: Re-define bed edges, Debris Clean-up, Trim Shrubs, Pull Weeds, Add New Mulch (Job minimum is $2,500.00 for any one-time landscape restoration.)

*We do not do one-time landscape maintenance services. Our plans are annual, full-service plans March-November. We do not do ground clearing, noxious weed removal (poison ivy), fence line clearing, brush removal or large tree trimming and removal. For large brush removal or large tree trimming service we recommend Cartwright Tree (816)965-6758.

Landscaping Installation and Outdoor Living

General Landscaping Design & Install: Clean-up Beds, Re-construct Bed Edges, Trim and/or Remove Plants, Install New Mulch, Cobblestones, Accent Boulders or River Rock. Install new trees, shrubs, and seasonal color (Average landscaping projects start at $5,000.00 and go up depending on scope.)

General Outdoor Patio / Entertaining Area (Average patio areas start at $7,500.00 and go up depending on scope. We do not do concrete. We do not do patio repairs. We only remove and replace, or install new.)

Extensive Outdoor Living Area with Components Such as Firepits / Kitchen or Grilling Areas / Seat Walls / Columns (Average living areas start at $25,000.00 and go up depending on scope.)

Retaining Wall (Average size retaining wall projects start at $5,000.00 and go up depending on scope. We do not do retaining wall repairs. We only remove and replace, or install new.)

Landscape Design Packages

*We do not charge for the initial consultation, scope of work, and budget review. If a simple pencil sketch on-site, and project estimate with descriptions is satisfactory, there is no charge additional design work.

Package A: The Essential Base Plan – ($125.00)

Ideal for homeowners looking to refresh a small space with smart, stylish updates.

One-on-one consultation (up to 45 minutes), including pictures & measurements
Solid starting point for small design, including 1-2 sides of the house, a berm or island
Essential small upgrades for softscape & bed creation
Conceptual black & white, 2-D design
Color upgrade available for an additional fee
1-2 design revisions
Typical install budget: $2500-$7500

Package B: The Signature Rise Plan – ($250.00)

A balanced package for those who want a professionally designed space that blends function with beauty.

One-on-one consultation (up to 1 HR), including pictures & measurements
Includes design for up to all sides of house and/or small retaining walls or patios, walkways & other hardscapes, lighting, and full fence line design
Conceptual black & white, 2-D design
1-2 design revisions
Color upgrade available for an additional fee
Typical install budget: $7500-$15,000

Package C: The Premium Summit Plan – ($500.00)

A full-service design experience for clients who want to transform their outdoor space into a show-stopping sanctuary.

In-depth consultation & site assessment (up to 2 hours)
Includes design for up to all sides of house and/or small retaining walls or patios, walkways & other hardscapes, lighting, and full fence line design
Comprehensive color 2-D design
3-D rendering available upon request for an additional fee
Custom planting, lighting, hardscape & outdoor living elements
Project phasing recommendations
Includes outdoor features such as pool overlays, outdoor kitchens, patios & fire elements & more
1-2 design revisions
Typical install budget: Starting at $15,000
